Return & Exchange Policy

 Handcrafted & Custom Products:

At XQ Rose Designs, every item is handcrafted with care and customized especially for you. Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, all sales on custom items are final.

Please review our full policy below:

✨ Custom & Personalized Items (No Refunds or Cancellations)

Once you place an order and we begin creating your custom design:

  • We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any custom or personalized items.

  • Before production, we provide proofs/mock-ups for your approval.

  • Once proofs are approved by the customer, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Your approval confirms that all names, photos, spellings, colors, and design details are correct.

✨ Changes After Proof Approval

After you approve your design:

  • Any requested changes will incur a $10 Change Fee (per revision).

  • Change requests must be submitted in writing (email, inbox message, or order message).

This fee covers additional design time and reprocessing.

✨ Changes After Production Has Started

If production has already begun or the item has already been created:

  • The original order cannot be altered or refunded.

  • The customer must place a new order at the full price OR a discounted rate depending on how many items have already been produced.

  • A $10 Change Fee will still apply to the new order if the design must be revised.

This ensures that materials, labor, and time already invested are fairly covered.

✨ Non-Custom Items

For ready-made, non-personalized products:

  • Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

✨ Incorrect or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or if a mistake was made on our end:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage or error.

  • We will gladly remake or replace the item at no additional cost.

Damage caused by customer misuse, mishandling, or improper cleaning is not covered.
